All sales of TallyPrime Software are final. Payments must be made in full before the software or services are provided. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

3. Installation

We provide installation services for TallyPrime Software. Installation will be performed either remotely or on-site, depending on the agreement. The client must ensure that the required hardware and software environment are in place for the successful installation of TallyPrime Software.

4. Training

We offer training services for TallyPrime Software to help clients effectively use the product. Training may be conducted online or on-site. The duration and content of the training sessions will be determined based on the client’s requirements and agreed upon before the commencement of the training.

5. Support

We provide technical support for TallyPrime Software to assist clients with any issues or queries. Support may be provided via phone, email, or remote access. Support services are provided during our standard business hours. Any support required outside of these hours may incur additional charges.

6. Implementation

We offer implementation services for TallyPrime Software to ensure that the software is configured and customized according to the client’s needs. The scope of implementation will be defined in the agreement, and any additional requirements may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use TallyPrime Software. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur during the installation, training, support, or implementation process.

8. Warranty

TallyPrime Software is provided as-is without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties provided by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (the developers of TallyPrime Software) are subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination. No refunds will be provided for any services or software purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws .

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
